Kids zone staff is amazing. Hands on and I always feel my son John is safe there with them.
Coach Q and Mr. George are amazing staff members that takes the time out and gets to know EVERY child in the program. The love they give to each child is heartwarming. I feel very safe with leaving my son in their care these two are just such good spirited individuals. They also help teach my son accountability and are helping to strengthen his social skills.
I love the aqua classes, would love more availability for classes on weekends!

The size and all the activities. The weight room and studios, and kids club were done right. One of my biggest concern is this facility is so nice it draws to many people from other locations causing over crowding. They need to build more like it, increase the size of the other locations and or do some major renovation to compete with this location.

The facility is always kept clean, the staff is wonderful with our daughter and we are overall very happy with the program,
I love that my child is actually learning and progressing. The staff are very observant and communication skills are top tier.
My son attends the aftercare program and he likes that he gets to hang out with his friends everyday after school. He also really loves all the counselors. Their parent - staff communication is great too.
My child have been going to the before and after school and the summer program for 5 year and I Love the staff they are always professional and the kids love the activities.

I love the fact that it is open with my work hours, my son comes home everyday happy and happy to go back every morning. The staff is amazing, and my son always talks about things they do.

I only use the gym these days but my daughter participated in the dance program for 10 years. The Y should offer more space to jump rope and stretch. Instead it seems they have sold their property for less expansion and fewer kids activities

I've been enjoying the group fitness classes very much. They're challenging and fun.
I did have one negative experience when trying to attend Cassandra's Zumba class. She was not wearing a microphone and it was very difficult to follow without hearing any of the cues for the movements. I ended up leaving the class and will not attend a class with her again as I did not feel she was attuned to the needs of her students.
Every other class I've attended has been good - instructors have been welcoming and attuned to the needs of everyone, including those who are new to the class.
