You can do whatever you want there with whatever piece of equipment you choose to use. The help at You-fit will only get involved with you if you ask them to. Old people, young people, skinny people, overweight people - they’re all there and nobody bothers or judges anybody

Environment and equipment that's offered.
I like the environment, in that I don't feel like I am in a foul smelling locker room. The machines are spaced in a way that prevents a feeling of denseness as I have noted in other gyms. It seems that the background music is of an annoyng genre all the time. I would like to see more variety in music that appeals to older members, which I suspect comprises a high percentage of your membership. The staff are very nice and try to accommodate the membership.
Friendly staff ,good machines
First, it is very convenient as it is 3 miles from my home. Second, it has all the equipment that I want to use to keep fit. It has free weights, machines, and cardio equipment. It is very clean and extremely safe during thus trying time with COPVID 19. And finally it has a very friendly, professional and helpful staff.

The music is on a rotation often playing alternative which is NOT conducive to any member over 30 and has been reported several times.

It is not noisy and oppressive. Everything is clean and staff is readily available for questions and/or help
Separate room for stretching and rowing, away from many clients, to maintain safe distancing. Turnover on use of equipment is frequent so there's always equipment available. Very clean. Masks required of clients and staff unless actively exercising. Plenty of cleaning fluid and paper towels to wipe off equipment.
What would I like better? Repair all ceiling fans so they are operable.

The way it's organized during this pandemic. Also I had to take a medical freeze and it was not a problem. The employees are super friendly and very courteous.
