Been coming to this location since I first became a member. The atmosphere is laid back, everyone is cool and you start to see the same faces day in day out
Never had any issues so this is why I gave the score I did....Only thing would be for some of the machines to re-open so workouts can be MORE sufficient

Not a lot of people at one time. Clean environment. Very nice customer service representatives who will say hello and good bye and will refill sprays and paper towels when needed. Other respectful members join who don't complain about wearing a mask, or cleaning after using equipment. More weights and lifting machines than ellipticals, treadmills, and stationary bikes (like Planet Fitness).
Everyone has been friendly and helpful. They have been diligent with the covid requirements.

What I love most about my YouFit experience is Domary the trainer. She is incredible. The space is also well kept and staff is always friendly and willing to help.
Big area that seems well maintained. No trouble so far using what I want in preferred order of exercise. Not over run. Absence of school age children. Good overall environment of staff and members.

Everyone is always super friendly & helpful! Staff is always on top of cleaning and maintaining the building. During rough times like these it’s difficult to go workout at the gym, but all the staff at this location makes me feel safe every time I go work out! I’ve been going to the Hillsboro location for years and it’s always an awesome experience. Highly recommend this location!
Clean, nice equipment, easy parking
The service is good and the center is clean
It is a well run gym with a vigilant staff that does their job . That is rare in Miami .
The problem you are having is due to the virus MANY have not joined or gone back .
I say this as 4 neighbors went to see it and like me they use machines to work out , they liked it a lot but both in their 50s are waiting to get their parents who they visit locally at least the first vaccine to join .
A lot of younger people who live at home have also not gone back, renewed but once the 65 and over population is vaccinated , you will see lots more members .
