I like that you take temp when customers walk in , & you require masks , and plenty of sanitizing stations throughout .
Would like it if personnel would walk around a little more checking full mask covering & towel ownership in the club !
I love my teacher Deanna. She is an amazing spin class teacher. She has given me the drive and focus. Plus, I’m in love with the lateral machine. I use that when there are no classes with her. Very friendly and clean atmosphere. Best gym I’ve ever been to.

Clean, cool atmosphere but wish they would open earlier everyday. My day starts early and would like to get a full workout in, especially on the weekend because I do not have any other time.
I love the gym and the equipment. Staff is helpful too. One thing I'm not happy with is not having 100% safety. Wearing a mask at all times in the gym should be mandatory. Some people don't wear a mask at all and while training, they even chat near you. This is not safe because when it gets busy,, the space in the weights area becomes tight.
Other than that, this location is fantastic.
Youfit gyms are kept well,the staff's very polite.
I love the customer service, the facility design, the various equipment availability, the space, the cleanliness, the theatre room, the personal training space, the locker room, the sauna, the interactive treadmills, I just love it!!!!! Thanks YouFit!

First, I deeply appreciate the club’s commitment to keeping the facility safe and clean during this COVID-19 pandemic. I feel the club’s policies, the staff’s commitment to enforcing them, and the respectfulness of the patrons make the club a safe place that I can go out to during this crisis. Because we have Lime cards and can bring guests, all of our family has used the facility to stay fit and take a break from lockdown, and we feel secure doing so. I’ve appreciated pricing accommodations that have been offered as well, which honor the fact that all of us are suffering during this crisis. I’m sad for the reduction in hours, but overall I’m glad to be able to go to a gym that’s low key, well-maintained, spacious, friendly, supportive, and diverse in both clientele and staff. Having YouFit available is definitely helping to keep us all sane during these trying times.
My autistic grandson, Alex, is receiving personal training at YouFit on Scottsdale Road and Thomas. He has had an extremely positive experience there! My interactions with Brad who has helped me sort out the billing issues that arise, and the feedback I get from Alex make me a huge fan of this gym and it’s personnel!
My background is in health care QA and I’m aware of what excellent care and “customer” service looks like, and when the overall atmosphere is not conducive to excellence. This location shines!!
