The club is kept very clean, there's always some type of cleaning going on which makes me feel safe. I'm happy with how cardio machines are marked "out of service" so social distancing can be maintained. My only wish is that masks were required 100% of the time even while working out in your own area/station. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I look forward to Sandy's "Good Morning Sunshine" greeting when I arrive and "Have a great day" on my departure. I've been with this club for a year and don't have a single complaint. Keep up the good work!

The morning crew is awesome and the reason why I attend everyone morning at 5pm.
The manager in the afternoon around 5pm not so much.
I like the fact that is easy to social distance, there is plenty of equipment, it's very clean, the hours are very convenient and the staff very friendly
Youfit follows all the guide lines in regards corona virus, is very clean well aired and the staff is great, good customer service.

It has just what I need to get in a good workout.
Front desk staff is almost always friendly and attentive. Temp checks are done quickly and hand sanitizer is always available. Gym equipment and surroundings are kept clean, paper towels and cleaning solution are always stocked (which wasn't always the case pre-COVID).
All in all a much better experience than in other gyms I have used.

Like the Staff. The Organization of the machines. There is always paper towels, cleaner and hand sanitizer available to clean machines.
It is wonderful that I have the whole place to myself in the morning, but hope you can keep the doors open. I did receive the bankruptcy notice and hoping you don't send me back to LA Fitness, as they are begging on my doorstep!

Terrific staff ! Very friendly and inviting. Place is generally well kept . Every now and then they could do a better job in repairing machines that need fixing , and I’m sure the issue is they don’t have a maintenance person on site . But otherwise I’m very satisfied. Been member since 2012 ( since the location was Porky’s ) and I wouldn’t consider going elsewhere.

I REALLY ONLY CAN SAY I LOVE THE 9TH AVE NORTH LOCATION IN ST. PETE, I HAVE BEEN TO THE OTHERS IN THE AREA & THEY DON'T HAVE THE FEEL OF THE ONE ON 9TH AVE NORTH.
MY GYM SHOULD ACT AS A ROLE MODEL FOR ALL THE OTHERS, THE MANAGER IS FANTASITIC, THE EMPLOYEESS ARE GREAT & THE PEOPLE THAT GO TO THE GYM ARE NICE TO EACH OTHER & ALL OF US THAT GO THERE LOVE TO SEE THE SAME FACES, ALTHOUGH WE DON'T STOP TO CHAT, WE ARE ON A MISSION TO DO A GOOD WORK OUT, THIS IS NOT A MEAT MARKET LIKE OTHER GYMS OR LOCATIONS. I LOVE THIS PLACE, IT JUST SUITS ME & FITS MY NEEDS PERFECTLY.
I DO WITH YOU HAD BETTER TRAINER PRICES & THE TRAINERS WERE ATTRACTIVE & FIT. THE TRAINING DIRECTOR IS CURT TO PEOPLE HE TRAINS, I HEAR HIM TALKING TO THEM WHILE I'M WORKING OUT. I DON'T SEE HIM DOING ANY GOOD FOR ANYONE NOR DO I SEE THE PEOPLE HE OR THE OTHERS TRAIN COMING BACK TO THE GYM MANY TIMES ONCE I NOTICE THEM. THAT IS SAYING SOMETHING & I ALSO FEEL WHO WOULD HIRE A TRAINER THATS OUT OF SHAPE, THATS SUCH AN OXYMORON.
I DON'T MEANT TO HURT ANYONES FEELINGS BUT THATS MY HONEST TRUTH ABOUT MY GUY, ITS 95% ALMOST PERFECT.
It is very clean and there are not a lot of people working out when I go there. The people that work there are very helpful.
