It's always very clean when i go in to workout. The Cybex machines are great and very comfortable to exercise with, and the staff is super friendly and always helpful!!

It is clean, the staff is friendly, and I never feel crowded! There are always open treadmills, etc. I also have an excellent personal trainer, Garret!

It's everything someone could want in a basic gym and more. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they have ample equipment, all in good condition, TV's, personal trainers, and more! I would suggest (and it would help you guys too) that we put a before and after board on the front register in desk, with amazing photos. On top it could say, "why should I join?" Then with an arrow pointing downward (towards the photos) say This is why! I already took one of myself with my gut sticking out. Using L-carnitine, CLA and NO boosting amino acids, and burning fat on the elliptical, in one month I think I will look completely different! I'm sure this will encourage others struggling with excess weight to join.
The equipment , and variety of training areas plus friendly staff help make this gym a good experience. Rates are affordable and several locations in Tampa are a bonus. Hoping for one in Odessa/ van dyke - sr54 area soon .

Wide variety of machines, very clean and very friendly staff.
It would be nice if another recumbent bike would be available. There is one at the north end of the building that is taped but distanced from other machines that are not used.
Also, country music added to the mix would be nice.
Staff are friendly, it’s clean, great workout equipment, and the hours of operation.
