The workout space & equipment is nice. However, the front desk members are awful. The interaction with the front desk is the worst here than it has been from the multiple locations I have called my home gym and many others I have visited over the last 7+ years.
They are either on their phone, or preoccupied. When checking you in, they hardly look at you. If they do-it’s as though they are looking through you. Only part time does the temperature get checked. Negative energy and definitely puts a damper on the beginning of the workout experience.
Happier, nicer and interactive people in the front would make a world of a difference.

Lots of ways to work out. It's close to my home. The membership fee is very reasonable.

The customer service is great! There is a gentleman named Lenny that is awesome! He always greets us by name, makes sure we are doing ok and always has a smile on his face. We need more people around that have such a great attitude and work ethic. Thanks for making us feel welcome Lenny!
