Very nice place with awesome equipment for your workouts. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They always greet you when you enter and make you feel welcome

Lots of options for exercise. Glad there is a sauna. Stuff is really nice and helpful for LIVESTRONG program.

I like using the treadmill and the weights for a work out. Then, using the sauna afterwards.

The team there is phenomenal across the board. We utilize their programs from kids sports, childcare to adult trainings. The team is extremely friendly and work hard to help you get into a program you will enjoy and at the appropriate skill level.

I only use the Y to swim in the mornings but it is wonderful! The staff is great. I sometimes wish the pool water was clearer-- it's like swimming in lemonade some mornings-- but I know it's difficult to keep a pool that large clear.

I have signed up for a couple programs and I believe I will very much enjoy them. I already have enjoyed the couple times I have went to the exercise room with the cycling.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

So far I have only attended yoga classes, but I have enjoyed the instructor, Lauren. She is very knowledgeable and explains the moves and positions thoroughly. Plus, she has a great sense of humor. I have met several other attendees who are most pleasant and friendly. I am new to the area so this social aspect has been valuable.

The facility seems to be very well equipped and is well staffed and clean.
