Wide range of activities - swimming for adults, kids, etc. Interesting kid programming. Gym room is great.

The :Instructors in Silver Sneakers make the activities fun. I like the fact that Seniors needs are considered.

Our family really enjoy the benefits of using the pool (both recreation as well as competition) as well as the workout room. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
