I enjoy the group exercises because I see some of my friends that I have’s seen in a very long time, the instructors are very positive and supportive teaching the exercises, and I enjoy being with people, who are trying to remain healthy as we are aging.

I use the weight room and don’t participate in programs. I think it is great that the Y does offer programs and activities for those who want to engage in that way.

Chris Adamson is an amazing instructor--knowledgable, skilled, and extremely pleasant to work with. Facility has ample parking and is easy to access from the main road. Pool temperature was fine and ambient temp in the 'bubble' was pleasant. Locker room was basic but clean and showers worked well.

Great instructors

I love bringing my mom to the gym not only does the warmer water help the swelling in her legs. All the wonderful people employees and other patrons alike are so kind and friendly to her. I love how we go to the different classes and people to tolerate and understand when she comes how she doesn’t do things with everybody else does and don’t make a big deal about it.

I like that there are options for everyone in my family.

In my years of silver sneakers membership the programs at YMCA have expanded tremendous to meet & greet anyone who has a desire to make their life healthier & better.

Love that my 7 month old can take swim lessons. During the winter months especially it’s been nice to go in and use the waterpark. It’s a great activity for the three of us to practice being in the water and get some movement. I want to play pickleball but I don’t know anyone as I’m newer to the area. When I cane to open gym Wednesday 1/14 at 2 no one else showed up to play.
