Fabulous Masters Swimming program, enjoy the Power Yoga class, weight room is always in order and accessible. Wonderful early morning front desk staff, particularly Nikki.

Location. Close to new home. I currently don’t participate in any program as you do not have Pilates. I use the workout rooms for my exercise program and did personal fitness exercise training with David.

Clean spaces all around and respectful patrons who are friendly and considerate. Great place for all age groups and child care.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I really like the day times for group classes. Because of an injury, I recently started Silver sneaker classes. Before I would take the reg classes. I wish there were more variety of silver sneaker classes.

The front desk staff are really nice and knowledgeable about programs.

I am interested in yoga, but your scheduled classes conflict with my availability.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

The YMCA is a powerful force in our community. It strives to improve people's body, mind and spirit. There is something for everyone. The best thing about The Y is the brotherhood , and comraderie. Whether you are a seasoned exercise veteran or a young person who wants to learn to swim, there is a program for everyone. You will make friends at The Y. Good folks from all aspects of our society. Yes, The YMCA is an Oasis . A place to go and get healthy with your friends. No Gym can take the place of The Y. The YMCA builds body, mind and spirit.
