Lanes open most of the day and ability to register for your time up to 2 days before
We now have to pick ip a ticket for the lap lane when we scan in at the desk

User friendly, convenient
I liked the coach alot. He was great with the kids. I liked the clean pool and locker rooms. The suite dryer is nice. If offered I would sign my daughter up again but I can not find another class for her at the same Y

Friendly staff at front desk and friendly helpful instructors for group classes. They challenge you but also let you do what is right for your personal fitness level.

i only use the fitness center in the winter months, it meets my needs. I very occasionally use the pool in the summer to get some sun while sitting on the most uncomfortable chairs ever designed.
Staff is always friendly at check-in. there is no sign of any staff in the fitness room.
If I did not have the silver-sneakers (or whatever it is called now), I doubt I would pay the posted membership fees. I would look at one of the large fitness centers (Planet Fitness).
