I just joined but the equipment all seemed to be in good repair and the area looks clean. I'm looking forward to trying the pool and other activities here.
I am 85 and I enjoy swimming about an hour 2 or 3 times each week. I take a BP bill and the swim helps my numbers stay good and I feel good with the swim. I lived in florida the last 30 years and I am returning to Cinti where I was born and raised and was happy to find this nice facility and people who run it and be able to continue my swims. Thanks.
Water aerobics is a wonderful workouts
The front desk people are very friendly and helpful. I came as a guest with my mom and they made the process very smooth.

We use the cardio and strength areas primarily. We recommend these areas for daily workouts.
