Yoga is great in the morning. Matt Pilates is great on Wednesday. Hope you find someone to replace Abby for yoga on Monday 9:35.
I think all the programs and activities are top notch.The Y is my7 second home. A lot to do there.
I am a regular regular participant in your water aerobics classes, which I enjoy very very much. Sue our instructor is excellent, and I have made several friends through my participation.

The outside pool is just wonderful. Locker room is always immaculately clean. Staff helpful and cheerful. Will try other programs now outside pool is closing.

There is a trainer that teaches the exercise machines. It has a kind staff. It has pools all year.
As a new member, I’ve tried the silver sneaker classes in gym and pool and realize it is stretching and working my body in places that need help! Good classes and instructors are all knowledgeable.

Great instructors & strong sense of community; very welcoming. I like the option for childcare and wide variety of classes.
I like the fact that there are so many programs and classes available and 2 pools. Everyone who works here are very kind and helpful.
I enjoy the indoor temperature of the pool water. I appreciated having a basket of toys available for my grandkid guests of ages 3 and 5. I appreciate the alertness of the lifeguards and their rotation schedules to stay alert. The staff is very friendly.
