Silver Sneakers is a life saver for mr. It meets at a time of day that works for my schedule.
I love my exercise classes. The instructors are terrific, the people are friendly, and I feel better physically and emotionally.

Location. Amount of light from the south and western facing tall Romanesque windows. Friendly and professional staff at the front desk. Quality of the Cybex machines.

Open swim time to take my three young foster children. I am also going to sign two of them up for soccer.

I do deep water aerobics either with a class or on my own. But I like that there is a variety of fitness classes and programs to meet the needs/wishes of a broad demographic.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

When able, I attend yoga classes on Wednesdays and Fridays. I enjoy the friendships I've made. Abby tells us how we can modify moves. She is encouraging to all abilities. I feel welcome from the time I enter the building, being greeted by Michael and ladies at the front desk, until I leave with a farewell greeting from them. It's a great place to be!!

I enjoy the activities at the YMCA. It would be nice to have the temperature in the pool little warmer in the winter.

Love the ladies in kid’s club! They truly make my Y experience and they are the reason I keep coming back! They genuinely love my kiddos and miss them when we miss our regular times and days! My youngest gets so excited to come each morning.
