The program is a life saver. Very convenient and safe. I love the fact they do activities and go on outings. Staff is nice and friendly.

The water exercises keep my back strong enough that I don’t need surgery. Plus I’ve made some wonderful friends.

The opportunity they provide for my children to try a variety of new activities. The free gym time and open swim time allow us family time that keeps us active.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Enjoy getting early morning access to the Clippard Y exercise room early each day. Good acquaintances and friendships develop over time, not to mention having the machines/equipment for good cardio and strength training.
