I like the timing of classes and convenience of the classes. I also enjoy the socializing aspect of attending classes at the Y. The instructors are knowledgeable and qualified.
The YMCA programs and Activities are the best! Well suited and tailored for any person needs with becoming my healthier while having fun.

The group exercise classes are fantastic! The instructors are fantastic! I’m so happy I joined the Y. The activities allow me, a senior, to get the workout I’m interested in and if it’s a little above my ability, I can gear down. I love the fact that I’m challenged!

I like the Silver Sneakers services. The activities are listed clearly on the calendar. I like the the treadmill. The building is clean, and the employees are friendly and knowledgeable.
