I can swim all year long. There is a sauna that I find soothing. As a senior, my healthcare insurance allows me to join for free.

I only go to the weekday Dancefit class but I find it exhilarating. I always feel so good after a class and our instructor, Zmara, is a wonderful instructor and makes the whole class happy to be there.

Everyone is very friendly and personable. I have been attending the Silver Sneakers classes. All of the programs help with the type of exercise I need. When it is too cold to walk outside, classes with others gives me the boost my body needs.

The only activities that I participate in is in the gym to use the equipment. The machines are clean and the whole area is cleaned.

Nice pool, friendly lifeguards, and a clean functional locker room with working showers! haven't tried out any other activities yet.

The elliptical bike is very fun and easy on the body. Large fans make things comfortable and cool and people are very friendly.

The instructors are not only knowledgeable but very friendly.

The dance fitness class meets my expectations for my life and well being. I have met many nice women. We have fun and laugh together. Our instructor is a great teacher who has fun along with us. I have also enjoyed the Silver Sneakers classic classes. The overall body workout helps toning and balance. I am eighty years old. I hope to take advantage of these classes for years to come.

I enjoy the variety of the activities and programs,the openness and. Friendly atmosphere and cleanest of the facilitie.

I love having a variety of classes to choose from. However, many of the morning classes begin at 9 am. I utilize the Kids Club, but they also open at 9. I would love for Kids Club to be open around 8:45 or 8:50 so that parents don’t have to be late to classes.

The instructors are friendly and change up the music and exercise routines. They make you feel comfortable to modify if necessary.

I really enjoy the shallow water exercise programs. It allows me to get exercise without the impact on my joints.
