I've belonged to the Y before. I like Clermont better than Andersons. People are friendly here.
Just started attending the Clermont Y - have been to 2 different group classes and have loved them! Friendly front desk staff, other participants have been very welcoming, and I'm enjoying and being challenged by the activity level.

I like the volleyball in the Gym, and the exercise machines, although the newer ones aren't as good at getting all the muscle groups. Swimming in the summer with the kids.

I recently had Knee surgery and doctors attributed my quick recovery to my attendance at the Y
Sneakers is great for Brenda and me, we need it; We love the facilities, the people, socializing etc. Don't know what we would do without the YMCA.

The time for each class is the proper limit for each activity. The instructors are aware that some of us can't do all the movements that are being thought. They let us do what we can with our limitations.
Ive always loved swimming. Id like to try the dance classes.
