They keep me moving at a pace for older adults. I am talking about silver sneekers and line dancing classes.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Designated lanes for lap swimming. Friendly staff and free or at low cost fun activities. Looking forward to more painting by a Robert Ross trained instructor.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Love walking on the track. It works well for my husband and I. He suffers with alzheimer's and I can walk my fast pace while keeping my eye on him. I am planning on using machines and pool this winter as well.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Love the water class for seniors. Only have it available on Monday and Wednesday. Would like more often. Seems they have trouble getting instructors.

Love the Monday/Wednesday water aerobics class. The instructor is excellent. Also enjoy the Friday water volleyball class.

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Susan is very engaging and supportive. The classes are great. The friends I have made are involved and caring and very supportive.

My wife and I take the sneakers class; It is very good and much needed fornboth of us. We also us the walking track and exercise room. Much needed for adults our age. Thanks
