Friendly instructors who really push you to work hard and get the most out of your time there.

Convenient location for swimming (if one of three lanes are available). I am not a fan of machines, but they have a lot of people who seem to enjoy them. The lounge is pretty noisy but provides a good place to catch up on email etc. when you are in the city and away from home. If coffee is available, it is o.k. I am glad that this historic building was saved and is being used for living space for needy people.

Haven’t tried the programs. The facility is nice, very friendly staff, relatively clean compared to other gyms. Overall the patrons are also respectful.

Only use the exercise equipment. Would attend Silver Sneakers and/or yoga if met needs better.

Lap swimming is available all hours that the Y is open. You have a great selection of Cybex.

I like getting a good workouts

I was only able to be there for a short time, but I was really impressed with your equipment and staff. I only saw one fitness ball, but there may have been more. I would come more often if I didn't have to pay for parking.

You're open & I feel comfortable coming back to the gym after getting vaccinated!! I like the numerous group classes especially Zumba & yoga.

Staff are very friendly .And makes you feel comfortable.

I like the pilates and barre classes. Those are the only classes I have tried so far

I love that it is friendly for everyone and that everyone is at different fitness levels. The staff are all very enthusiastic and welcoming. The facilities are very nice and well kept. The app is very easy to use. No complaints.

Beautiful facility with a saltwater lap pool. The new air filtration system makes the air so clean. I like that the workout equipment has pictures so beginners like me can figure things out easily without asking for help.

I like the pool very much and the sauna. I wish we had a jacuzi again, like in the old days (pre-renovation). Parking is problematic. It was nice before the reno with a lot just off the side street and after the reno with parking across the street. Now it is pay, pay,[ay unless you can be lucky and find a spot on Charles St.

For myself, I like signing up for a lap swim time, this system guarantees a spot is open on each visit.

Love that you have kept the pool reservation system. Now you can turn down the air conditioner in the locker room and turn on the lights!
