What do you like about our programs and activities?

Inviting, clean, the equipment. I would suggest to offer Silver Sneakers class after 5 pm. Many people over 55 still work full time!

UR Helpers are Very nice and kind. Anything that I need help with they are right there for U. The equipment is the BEST, AND EASY TO WORK OUT ON.PEOPLE THAT COME IN ARE VERY NICE AND KIND ALSO. HIP, HIP HURRY TO UR WHOLE STAFF, AND EQUIPMENT.

Open early to get in and out, parking is not so good though.

Instructors are fun! They are mixing up the music and moves more often which is great! Boredom and redundancy kills motivation for all!
