What do you like about our programs and activities?

(1) salt water pool, (2) cheerfulness of entrance, (3) yoga on Monday with Mary S, (4) Silver Sneakers on Monday with Mary S, (5) Qigong yoga on Friday with Genevieve, (6) camaraderie of the people in the classes.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I Last name removed the diversity, the staff and how there are multiple floors, rooms and equipment to get a good workout on every single day. My favorite is the Kids Club. It's so convenient. The main reason I lacked going to the gym was because of childcare. The showers, the sauna, the steam room, location everything is just *chefs kiss* i plan to stay with the YMCA for a very long time.

Great staff. Love the salt water pool. Plenty of space to workout even when it’s busy. The only request would be to have free parking

The programs and activities are very helpful and diverse. I like to use the workout facilities and the pool and sauna area. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. I enjoy my visit every time.

I think the new weight lifting equipment has been a great bonus to the gym. The Coffee is always great too.

Indoor basketball, racquetball courts, work out with the weights, get ur sweat on take a shower there with clean towels provided--a great place!!

I like the new fitness equipment on the first floor. There are more options than before, and the layout of the floor seems less crowded than before.
