Personal I enjoy playing basket in the mornings with the fam in the gym on the second floor then after that I go for a lift I enjoy my mornings better that way

The pool because it's pretty warm compared to others. The track, the machines, the nice clean envronment.

I love the sauna and steam room. I enjoy the free weights room. It's very roomy and I enjoy no kids.

I go there and walk the track and use some light weights I can't do alot because of Copd but I try and love the YMCA đź‘Ťkeep up the good work.
