What do you like about our programs and activities?

EGym is a break thru with my fitness routine. Joe's balance and strength class keeps me going. It is also fun. I enjoy Carolina's pilates class and Sarah's yoga class. Thank you for offering these classes.

I really enjoy the silver sneakers exercise program. The instructor is very professional, high-energy, and friendly. Class starts on time and the facility is clean.
