The outdoor pool this summer was great and the additional weekends were a bonus.
I like the facility it is kept in good order and clean given the number of people who utilize it. The Staff if welcoming and attentive. My critique is with the new EGYM system. It could be better supervised to encourage members to utilize it properly. There are a number of people who cut in in front of members slowing down or interrupting their workout. Along with those who do not fully understand it is a process that requires a flow and that is timed to benefit properly and one cannot dawdle or take their time from one workout to the next. If this discipline could be emphasized in the training that might help alleviate these issues. I do want to thank the YMCA of Blue Ash for adding EGYM it has been very beneficial.
Strength, stretch, and balance class and Joe are awesome! I also love the egym!
I use the fitness center. (The problem is that it takes a very long time to repair machines that are down.)
Open swim hours ar Swimming pools, esp. outdoor pool on nice days
I am a silver sneakers member and I love the ymca participates and gives seniors who are on a limited income have access to all of the facility. I take advantage in the lap swim which is an excellent way to stay strong and healthy.
group classes. the ones I use are amazing. the instructors are fun and motivating and over time it has turned into a real community. I also love that there are books clubs, bible studies, etc

The staff and crew did a wonderful job on re-refurbishing the indoor pool. It’s absolutely beautiful.
I love the Ferris pool! It's quiet and clean.

I like that I can choose many offers at the Y. I can join classes, I can swim or pool walk on my own, I can socialize with other members. I can enjoy the steam and sauna rooms and have privacy in the ladies' locker room. All the employees are very helpful and friendly. The parking lot is clean and there are many parking slots, clearly marked. I like that the Y welcomes everyone and tries very hard to please, but is strict about the rules and procedures. The hours of operation work very well for me and my husband. The outdoor pool has been a real joy this summer. The guards did a great job protecting all those in and around the pool and play areas. I like that life jackets and noodles were available for those that need them. I like that children are tested so their safety is first and foremost. Hooray for the Blue Ash YMCA!
Great workout room and outdoor pool. Really nice seating areas to wait for family who are finishing their workout. Nice staff.
