So far, the only thing I do is exercise. But I have the seen the wife array of classes and they do look interesting. The Y has something for everyone.

I mainly use the exercise and weight room and it's a complete facility with lots of useful machines and space and it is well kept.

I like the variety of amenities including classes, cardio/weights and pool. Also, the staff/employees there were kind and helpful explaining the process in using the YMCA's varying features. Thanks

I only do Dance Fitness with Jan, but see the many other ways seniors stay healthy at the Blue Ash at.

Jan is a fun, enthusiastic instructor for the AOA Dance Fitness class. I have recommended this class to several friends.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

My son plays basketball here. We live on the west side and travel all the way to blue ash during the week just for this program but specifically for Derek Mast, the sports director. We know he is leaving soon and it really is unfortunate for the program. He is amazing with ALL of the kids and made the program how great it is. We love that he goes out of his way to meet every kid on their level. We are sad to see him go, but appreciate how much he has done for us, but also for the kids in the basketball program as a whole.
