Love the water exercise program. Great instructors!
Since I'm a newer member, I've been enjoying the lap pool for exercising vs swimming laps. It's been a very positive experience, and the staff has been very friendly and inviting! I really appreciate having a lifeguard on duty as there wasn't one present at the previous facility. I really appreciate being able to take advantage of the YMCA with my Silver Sneakers membership!

The Y in fort Thomas s GREAT! The water classes are the best and so much fun. All the teachers are wonderful. Although, Stephanie is my favorite, I really like them all. They are all different enough to keep the class very fun. I just love it and hope to be abl to continue for a long ime…
