I like Silver Sneakers three times a week. I wish there was still Tai Chi and arthritis water aerobics.

I regularly enjoy my Y membership. I visit the workout facilities several days each week. I rely on The Y to help maintain a reasonable degree of physical fitness.

The staff is dynamite, they all clearly care deeply about their work and community. The group exercise classes and childcare are why my family are members and why I will recommend the Y to every family with kids for sure. The outdoor pool is always appreciated in the summer time, the splash pad is perfect for our littles. The special events are also great, we enjoyed the Halloween event.
