Class was easy to sign up for and the class was the right size,
Esporta closed - my go-to gym. Signed up at the Y knowing the organization and site having been members for years - years, ago. Also like the access to pickle ball, something couples can do together.
Love the water exercise class.

Like HIIT and Group Power and Yoga. Would be interested in meditation/stress relief class. Staff helpful and friendly.
