I use the weight and machine gym. It's kept on very good shape. There is very little if any wait time to use the machines. Also expert, friendly advice is available from Nick. It's a very supportive community!

When I started attending Silver Sneakers classes, I was welcomed by the group. Over the weeks, I’ve had many people ask me my name and I’ve done the same. This has quickly become a group of friends like I’ve never experienced at any other fitness facility.
