You were able to look up my past service history. The tire I needed to fix was replaced once before, but it had been a year, and the bike was not used. The tube was pulled and there was a small hole, which the associate showed me. He was able to fix it while I waited and answered some questions, I had about getting the wheel back on the bike and adjusting the brakes Thank you First name removed
I bought tire tubes on Friday and successfully replaced one on the front wheel of my wife's bike yesterday. We are very happy with our FX3 bikes that we purchased in December 2022. I took our old bikes here for tune-ups before buying new ones and we were very satisfied with the service. As far as I can tell, this is the first email I've received since December 17, 2022 asking how satisfied we were with our purchase of the FX3s.

Service on my bike was done when they projected it to be done, and at the cost they estimated. My bike was in the shop for only about a week. The folks there obviously know what they're doing, and are personable and professional. I won't hesitate to call on them for a tune-up or for repair.

Has everything I needed
Purchase a Trek Verve 2 from Dean 2/8/24. He was Great to work with explained everything in detail, helped with accesories, got everything put on bike and even double checked by doing his own test drive all in a short amount of time. I recommend buying from him. We are down from Ohio for 3 months saw his great reviews and they are spot on.
