Great experience. I appreciated that Frank recommended a nearby store that he thought had what we needed. I was also happy that in the end Bryan's had the bike we were looking for. This is our second significant purchase at Bryan's -- we've had a great experience both times.

The gentleman helping me was very kind and knowledgeable. He helped me with all my questions about cycling, brought out lots of options for cycling shoes and gave me a great deal on some entry level shoes. Super helpful and it simplified a lot of things I was unsure about from just looking at options online. I am definitely going back in the spring to get a tune-up!

Frank was wonderful to take time to explain how the gears and breaks worked - all the little levers on the handle bars - after completing my newly-purchased-used-bike tune-up (got an old 10-speed). Don't laugh - am a senior who hasn't been bike riding in 40 years. I needed instruction. He kindly gave it, as well as making sure I knew how to use my new tire pump correctly. Have loved riding again. And with the tune-up, I know the bike is safe to ride. Am sending all my senior friends to Bryan's Bikes in Cornwall!
