Great customer service! I love my new Electra e-bike which I purchased after a hearty trial run. Tried it on Friday and Saturday morning the bike was ready for pickup with the installation of a mirror, front and rear LED lights, and a water holder with a Bryan’s Bike water bottle.
The salesperson, Mark, was super friendly and knowledgeable and did not try to sell me a higher-end bike than I needed. I highly recommend this store!
