Your staff is so helpful, friendly and competent. I really like the products you carry. I bought a Trek hybrid from you in August 2018 and love it. It was properly fitted for me and your expert staff helped me get a really good start biking again. Now, in May 2019, I have 1200 miles on the bike and have loved every mile! Recently had my 1st flat (rear tire) and your staff fixed it quickly on a Sunday afternoon. Also showed me how to remove tire, chain, etc., and then how to put all back together correctly. I have referred many people to your shop!

The people in your store are extremely friendly and helpful. They took time to answer all my questions, did not try to sell me more than I needed, provided good information, and were happy. I had to leave my bike for service on a Saturday and was told it would be ready Friday, but is was ready Tuesday!

I absolutely love Bird Legs! This past year I bought a new bike from them and they worked with me to ensure I purchased the best bike for my body and in my price range. They even helped me find accessories to personalize it a little more. This time I went in looking for a helmet and when I couldn't find the color I wanted they showed me the online inventory and I not only found the perfect color combo and fit but it was also on sale! It arrived in a few days and I went straight to the trails to try it out! I cannot say enough good things about Bird Legs!
