Friendly employees who are thorough. I had a full service done, and ran over a nail the next day. They fixed the inner tube with no service charge, either. Plus my dog loves coming by to day hello the employees every time!

excellent TREK bicycles- I have bought 3 from Revolution- delivery when needed, great staff, knowlegable and good follow through. I could have gotten something similar but $400 cheaper buying online, but prefer to work with these local folks.
