Customer Testimonials
Great bike store & repair shop!
Great products and excellent service provided!
First off your salesman/bike mechanic was awesome. After a brief trial I sold myself on a beautiful bike, the Salsa rangefinder. No pressure at all, just lots of helpful answers to my questions. When people talk about the advantages of local businesses over nationwide cha8ns,this is what they mean. Plus my new bike comes with a free bike tune up.So yeah,10 out of 10,the best possible experience.
Quality goods and great services
Super helpful, friendly + knowledgeable staff, easy to work with, unpretentious, quick turnaround
Friendly, knowledgeable about parts and bikes. Prices are high--but that's the case with everything everywhere today.
Above and beyond! Thanks, Ron
Very welcoming staff
Revolution is so incredible! Can’t recommend enough!! I had ordered a bike on line after finding out it wasn’t available through the manufacturer any more. I was a bit hesitant to bring it in to the shop after i had made the purchase elsewhere but everyone was so kind and helpful. They got it all tuned up and trail ready in only a few hours and seemed genuinely excited that I am getting back into riding. Will definitely be going here for maintenance and gear!
Very helpful staff, but not intrusive when you are just looking.
Great staff and great service! 😁
The staff is always super helpful and I feel like I’m appreciated as a customer. Products are top quality and it seems like there’s always something on special.
What I like about the services offered is that the staff is very helpful and informative.
Reasonably priced & quick work!

Fantastic service!
Always friendly, knowledgable service.
Justin and Sean and the entire Revolution crew come through with exactly what you want from your local bike shop: high quality products at fair prices and expert advice from people you know and trust. I've been a happy customer for more than 15 years, and I am looking forward to many more. I highly recommend this shop!
Once again Revolution Bicycles came through when another dealer/distributor disappeared on a warranty issue. After two months of waiting for a response from another dealer/distributor, I brought my new bike into Revolution. They assessed the issue, ordered the parts and once the parts arrived, I had my bike back in service within a day. Pay attention, the service doesn't end after the sale here. You'll become part of the Revolution bike community.
Friendly, knowledgeable, personalized service. Locally owned and operated.
very quick turnaround time. Made an appointment, received an estimate, and the work was completed within the same day.
From the moment I walked into the shop, Jacob was johnny-on-the-spot. I came to inquire about a rear tire for my 2019 Domone SL5. He showed me what the shop had in stock and then called the warehouse to check on it's inventory. He confirmed the tpi of two candidate tires and I decided to go with the gatorskin 28s (I'm really happy with the 28 over the previous 25).
I then asked if he could gauge my chain, which he quickly did and confirmed a replacement was due. As we were discussing the necessity of new ring gears and cassette, he was masterfully calling around to gather the parts should I decide to replace them. Though I have an opposing opinion regarding always replacing chain and gear sets concurrently, Jacob showed the utmost respect and patience for my opinion while fully explaining the logic behind the necessity. After the new chain was strung, a few quick test rides revealed no skipping was occurring with the stock gears. I have since tackled a few significant grades with fully loaded panniers and shifting couldn't be better.
My opinion is based upon the premise that while the chain is continually in contact with two gears, all of the gears are not continually in contact with the chain. Some gears in fact see very little action and are just along for the ride (pardon the pun). Therefore, depending upon the percentage of time a gear is in play, it's wear will necessarily follow. It's my opinion that the chain will require replacement more frequently than the ring gears followed by the cassette. The timing of each replacement will depend upon the behavior of the cyclist.
To close this review, I was very happy with my experience at Revolution Bicycles in Eureka, CA. I received personal, professional service at very reasonable prices for parts and labor. I apologize for my anemic gratuity, as it did not adequately reflect my satisfaction with the service, but rather the necessity of maintaining a strict budget. I beg your understanding and I wish you guys all the best.
Very helpful salesman, gave me multiple choices and options within each choice.
Great work! Fast turn around.
