Your staff most specially techs in service department are very friendly, they’re always go above and beyond their duty. Never seen an outstanding customer service at the other stores here in Vegas not until I went to your store. Keep up the the good work.

I’ve been to other bike shops that feel clique-ish (like if you aren’t a serious rider you have no business being there). This isn’t the case at McGhie’s. Every time I have come in for bike maintenance the staff has been incredibly helpful and welcoming. You can tell that this place caters to both serious riders and families. Their service people are extremely patient in helping you find a solution for your needs.

I love McGhie’s! The staff is always super helpful. They may excellent recommendation for bikes and gear. Now the boys and me cruise around on three Trek bikes, all from McGhie’s. And mountain biking for us all is going to be great fun then McGhie’s excellent service department will keep our bikes in tune.
