The staff at the Folsom Bike shop in El Dorado Hills was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They understood the product and were able to answer any question I presented. If they didn’t know the answer they would research it. They even let me test ride the same bike on two different occasions.
I never felt like I was being rushed or neglected and the purchase of my Trek Rail 7 was a rewarding experience.
I plan on taking a friend to the store to see the different selections in the next couple of days.

Your service department was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We took our two bikes in for a tune-up on a Thursday. The service tech came out and throughly inspected them detailed the needed service for each bike (different services as one bike is older and ridden much more that the other). We were quoted the price and told that they would be ready on Tuesday. The were ready on Saturday and they seem like new bikes again. We are very pleased with the service and will gladly make the trip from Pollock Pines next time we need anything bicycle related.
