Worked with Muuqi several times about work needed on my 27 year old specialized and my kid's bikes. Great guy, seems to genuinely care about what I need done or questions. Followed up in email about ordering $35 replacement wheel for example I know biking in general today is a big money sport/hobby for many. It's great to have a local bike shop that appears to appreciate basic family customers with basic bikes that are not likely to purchase $150 helmets, $800 wheels, pro-logo'd bike gear, etc. That's good business, since someday I plan to buy a better bike and maybe, a $50 helmet. You can find products anywhere but you cannot find such knowledgeable and helpful staff like those at Folsom Bike anywhere else.
Andrew was extremely helpful in finding a bike for our 10 year old. He even checked his inventory in the warehouse for the right color, had it built the same day and called us back for a test drive! We came back and it was perfect! Great new bike, happy kid!!!
