You have been there a long time. Service is always friendly. We've bought bikes there for all three grandchildren (and a tricycle long ago for the oldest one) and bring ours in for service as needed.
It offers and delivers on service. The bigger corporations off No service, while smaller outfits do. I prefer service.

Not only did they fix my daughter’s blown tire, they also tightened the brakes and handlebars. They have a sweet puppy there to hang with (kaya) while you wait.
