I was looking for a particular bike and Ken came through as he had it delivered to the Mohegan Lake location from another store. I was able to test ride it; no pressure. They’re a little far for me but love that they are open on Sunday! Hope to commit soon!

The tech replaced the chain on my grandsons bike. He walked me to the front of the store and asked if he needed help putting the bike in my car. I said that I needed to pick up 3 helmets for the boys and the rep at the counter was helpful in the selection process. He thanked me took the bike to my car and explained the right way to place the bike in the trunk.
My daughter purchased the bikes from your shop a year ago and I see why. You guys are great.

The people at Danny’s Cycles in Scarsdale are very knowledgeable and friendly. I have mostly dealt with one associate for years, Joey, and he has always been exceedingly helpful. When I do need a repair, which I did recently, the service department worked quickly to get my bike back on the road.
