I walked in with my Bosch e-bike needing service for the bike’s computer and display screen.I’m thinking it’s the beginning of the season,everyone brings there bikes in at this time ,this service won’t be done for at least a week.
.Lo and behold the technician took the bike in, plugged his computer into the bikes monitor, upgraded the system , fixed the problem and I was out the store within 20 minutes.
That is what I call superior service.
