My husband works on the weight machines and I take an exercise class for senior citizens.

Great variety of exercise equipment, much of the day not too busy, towel and laundry service.

Location best for me

Love the class options and the early open times during the week help us get there!

I like the exercise classes for myself and the pool for my grandson.
I wish the Pump class on Friday was more like the Monday pump class

Always someone to help you in conditioning your body

I like all that the YMCA stands for and all that YMCA of Metropolitan Chattanooga does in the community. If I am going to pay monthly dues to a place for me to work out, I am glad that they are giving back to the community.

The instructors are very knowledgeable, kind, and welcoming. Especially Amy in yoga!

The facilities, teachers, pool are all great. Wish there was one in the Jasper Kimball TN area.

I like the weight rooms, and how everything is in good working order. I also like the swimsuit spinner! Keep that thing running!

Childwatch is really helpful to make sure I have time for a workout.

Good instructors, friendly employees who are willing to help. The Y has good classes and wonderful instructors. I am glad I am a member of the Y.

There are a lot of options and most of them are things that I want to do.

My wife uses the pit for classes and goes several times a week. I go periodically. We like the child care options avalible.

Turn it up dance is my absolute favorite classes! Hailey and Shawna are great and it is such an empowering fitness class. I only wish it were offered twice a day and five days a week - including weekends!

Anyone is welcome and facilities are open to all.

Always clean and friendly environment

I look forward to being greeted with a smile at the front desk because it sets the mood for the experience. I love the scripture verses on the wall. Lee and Niki are both excellent instructors and are very friendly. All the staff are ready to greet everyone even though they are busy performing their tasks.
I only had one bad experience at the front desk recently. There was a system failure and I guess she was frustrated.

Thank you for providing a friendly Christian environment and a wonderful staff!!! God bless you all.
