I enjoy the early morning classes especially Melissa’s class at 5am on Monday and Wednesday. I do wish that you opened earlier on Saturday mornings like the downtown location for folks that like to get their workouts done before the sun comes up.

I am very happy with the yoga classes Monday Wednesday and Friday. I like the weight room too. Staff friendliness and efficiency has improved greatly over the last couple of months

My only complaint is the lack of plates when the gym gets moderately busy. I don't think you should have to go on a manhunt to go find a 10 lb plate. Also if they would re-label the racks for the dumbbells they may stay more organised instead of being randomly thrown everywhere
I like the fact that they are well structured to benefit me. And each instructor seem
to care.
I mainly use the pool. I like swimming and the lifeguards are very good. I like the water aerobics classes, but can not do too much of it because it is hard on the joints
You can be proud of the pool staff. When my grandkids come to visit they ask to go to the YMCA with me . They like to swim and shot baskets.
Family oriented.
Most of the teachers and staff are personable and encouraging and become real friends.

The 10 a m Silver Sneakers class with Christine is perfect for me. I exercised in the gym for 8 years thinking I didn’t like a class. A friend invited me, and I saw that was just what I needed after 4 months with a chiropractor and some appointments with a physical therapist.
I attend the warm water senior splash. It’s terrific. I recommend it to lots of folks. I really like the class that Tim has. He’s worth a great deal more than he is paid.

The friendly staff and clean facility make exercising fun and enjoyable. Keep it up.

There is a lot of classes for all ages and shapes. The Y is not intimidating to people who have not worked out and want to start a healthy life change. The instructors are very educated and really push you to do your best. Everyone is so friendly and I am glad I joined 20 years ago.
The free classes are phenomenal. My fitness instructor Melissa has got me in the best shape of my life!
Water aerobics are my favorite. I appreciate the varied times.
