What do you like about our programs and activities?

I am so thankful for the childcare so I can take a class and have an hour or so to myself. Everything is clean and there are tons of options for classes and workout equipment.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

The Hamilton Family YMCA provides a great environment for exercising. I like how it is a no judgement zone. People go to exercise and have fun not to show off their bodies or clothes. There is good equipment, a variety of available activities, and nice staff members. Michael M is very knowledgeable and helpful. I enjoy visiting with him when I come to workout.

Mainly right now we are loving the pool. Soon we are thinking of trying out basketball for the girls.

The childcare is amazing! The facility is awesome, the childcare workers seem to like what they do, it’s not over-crowded, and my kids love it. I always feel great about dropping them off and enjoying my workout. We actually live much closer to the downtown ymca but I make the drive for the Hamilton place childcare. Thank you!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

The layout at this location is perfect for us. The hot tub, sauna, and steam room are easily accessible from the pool. Also, the pool area gets natural light which helps keep the water warmer. We live in Hixson but drive to Shallowford location because the amenities suit us better there. The downtown location is our 2nd choice. The Hixson location is our least favorite because it doesn't have what we want.

There’s a great variety of classes and times available for all wages & walks of life. Teachers are knowledgeable & the facilities are well maintained.
