I love the Chair Yoga class with Lynn at the Clermont County Y. She's a great instructor and the class really helps with my arthritis. I tried chair yoga at ME Lyons and it wasn't near as effective or fun.

Right in the neighborhood, easy to access.
However-nobody seems to pay attention to what equipment gets the most wait time in the exercise room. You need more than 3 NU steps!! So many of us come with a friend and want to sit next to each other, but have to wait and figure out something else. You should have at least 4 or 6 of them. Also your recumbent bikes are similar but in very bad shape so most of us have stopped using them like this.

As a senior aiming to stay healthy and active, I enjoy Jan’s Dance Fitness classes on Tuesday and Thursday. Jan challenges us to move every bone and muscle, but does it with fun dance patterns and music we love from our era. We get a great workout and enjoy the camaraderie. Her enthusiasm and energy are contagious!
I like the shallow water classes
I love the classes, which is mostly what I use.
The customer service gal at the counter when I come in is extremely pleasant and helpful. I have never seen her without a smile on her face.
