Variety I do wish some of the ones I take were earlier ie May Pilates maybe 11:00 instead of 11:30. The 11:30 times right in the middle of the day so can interfere with making appointments, lunch etc
I like that Powell Crosley opens the outdoor pool in early May and closes October 1st. My home YMCA is Blue Ash, and I drive an extra 10 miles for this opportunity. Please do not change this program!!

Wide variety of fitness options. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Zumba & aquatic exercise classes. Lunch dates & lectures. FYI the Y app is challenging sometimes making it difficult to register at the 48 hr timeline. The TTH 9:00 Zumba & MWF 9:00 am aquatic classes are very popular, so any delay connecting through the Y app results in not getting into the class. Hopefully the app can be fixed.
So far I've only participated in the shallow water classes. I love being able to work out in the heated water! Wish Renee Keith had more class availability.

This YMCA has everything I need to get my body back on track. I am going 4 times a week. The treadmills and stairs machine are perfect for cardio work. I then rotate between doing my upper and lower body on the weight machines. I finish up with a 40 minute swim and some time in the Sauna. I leave feeling FANTASTIC!
