What do you like about our programs and activities?

Love the new Tai Chi class! Thank you for including it in your program. Continue loving Marie's chair yoga class. Took advantage of the SECA body composition analysis. It was very revealing and helped me know what I need to do from here. Will do a check up periodically.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I only use the exercise equipment and weights but I have friends who really enjoy the pool, sauna, etc. and my son learned a lot about the game of basketball playing in the gym as he was growing up

The Y is a place for older and younger guest. It has been great for me, I love the senior glasses. It has something for everyone regardless of your physical ability. For me it has been a great place for me to meet and fellowship with other people.

I like the fitness room; there is almost always equipment available and it is clean and pleasant to work out in.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

It offers such a variety of classes that anybody could find a class to take. Whether you’re 3 and wanting to do CrossFit kids or 73 and want to take a slow yoga class, you literally can find anything in between.

My husband loves the racquet ball courts. The pool is lovely. I also love the space provided. For reading, gathering, etc.
