I do not use programs.
The 5:15 a.m. Tuesday and Thursday hiit class and gentle yoga on Saturdays are excellent classes because of the well trained instructors with great personalities. I look forward to each class and also feel I am gaining strength and flexibility. A win win.

I like all the different exercise classes offered and all the different types of weight machines available, swimming pool and the 2 other smaller rooms for weights and stretching areas.

The warm pool classes are great, especially daily 10:00 & 11:00 on Tuesday/Thursday. Those 3 classes offer a variety of levels of workout for my age group. Very enjoyable.

It's great to be able to enjoy the amenities they provide.
I have not done much, however, I like the atmosphere. I like coming to the Hixson location better than any other. The staff are very nice an d helpful.
Love the blast class. I wish there's more classes in the evening after 5 pm.
